From Start to Finish

Flooring Measurement & Project Planning

Start With the Space, Not Just the Sample

Every flooring project is different. Before installation, our team can help you understand the scope of your project, including the areas being renovated, flooring quantities, transitions, existing flooring, and other project considerations.

Whether you're replacing flooring in one bedroom or planning a whole-home flooring project, careful planning helps create a smoother installation process.

Flooring Removal & Replacement

Replacing Old Flooring With Something New?

Removing old flooring can be an important part of a replacement project.

The existing flooring, subfloor, room layout, and new flooring product can all affect the preparation required before installation.

During your project consultation, our team can help you understand what needs to happen to prepare the space for your new flooring.

Subfloor & Floor Preparation

A Great Floor Starts With Proper Preparation

The finished flooring is what you see, but what's underneath matters too.

Before installing new flooring, the condition of the existing surface needs to be considered. Depending on the project, preparation may be necessary to provide the appropriate surface for the new flooring.

Our team can evaluate the project during the estimating and installation process and explain any preparation that may be needed.

Flooring Design Assistance

You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone

There are a lot of flooring choices.

Hardwood or luxury vinyl? Carpet or hard surface? Light or dark? Pattern or traditional? Water-resistant or standard?

Our design professionals can help you work through the choices and narrow down options that fit your home.

Issis & Sons combines flooring selection with design guidance so you can make decisions with more confidence.

One Cohesive Design

Whole-Home Flooring

One Home. Multiple Rooms. One Flooring Plan.

Replacing flooring throughout your home gives you an opportunity to create a more cohesive look from room to room.

But that doesn't necessarily mean using the exact same flooring everywhere.

You may want hardwood in living areas, carpet in bedrooms, tile in bathrooms, and luxury vinyl in spaces where moisture or heavy traffic are concerns.

Issis & Sons can help you coordinate flooring selections across multiple rooms so the finished home feels intentional rather than pieced together.

Issis & Sons can help you coordinate flooring selections with existing or new cabinetry, furniture, paint colors, rugs, and other finishes.

Flooring Samples

See It. Touch It. Compare It.

Photos on a screen don't always tell the whole story.

That's why seeing actual flooring samples can be so helpful.

Issis & Sons offers customers the opportunity to explore flooring samples and compare different colors, textures, patterns, and materials before making a decision.

Bring your paint colors, cabinet samples, furniture ideas, or inspiration photos and we'll help you compare flooring options that work with your home's design.
